Emus would have to be one of the stupidest creatures on earth but they are very likeable and live in some of the hardest parts of the Australian outback.

you are definetly showing your versatility here, such a change from your usual stuff. I really like this, its refreshing. you definetly captured the emu nicely, we have some at a chicken farm not too far away and they are so funny looking but adorable at the same time. wierd....anyway a great job!

I can't be bothered waiting for the big ne to load.. damn dial up!

anyway, I really like this. I love how it isn't so photo realist! If you have anymore like may I suggest uplaoding them!=P

OH by the way, I wen to have a look see at the Archibald today! YAY!... got lost looking for it though.. do you realise how BIG myer is in melb? gosh.. and the people who work there don't know what the hell they are on about!

Anywho.. it was awesome, I loved the Lily-Rose one, and Stone Cold Sober was my favourite!

There is an old Australian saying that you would say to your enemies..............
May all your chooks ( chickens ) turn into emus and kick your dunny ( outside toilet ) down.........

Dont you hate dial up and it's not that big.
It's funny how a differant medium makes you paint differant ways. I don't use watercolour much.
Glad you saw the Archibald it's always good, the Moran which is where my painting is did not go to Vic. it went straight to Adelaide sorry bout that.
